We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to work part of the team team in delivering exceptional service and creating a vibrant atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bartending and food production, along with proven leadership skills. As Bar Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring that all staff are trained to provide outstanding service while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a bartending role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
  • Previous experience in team management or supervisory roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Familiarity with pub operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
