ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Bar Supervisor to join the team at Bootlegger Cardiff, a venue that brings killer cocktails, live music, and vintage vibes to the heart of the city.
As a Bar Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting management, leading shifts, and keeping the team sharp and service slick. We want someone who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment and knows what it takes to keep both the team and guests buzzing.
Previous supervisor experience is essential. We’re after someone who’s already stepped up, knows how to lead from the floor, and is ready to take their skills to the next level.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

· Running shifts with confidence and keeping the vibe high
· Supporting the management team with training, stock, and daily operations
· Leading the team on the floor and ensuring excellent guest experience
· Jumping behind the bar and showing how it’s done
· Keeping the venue clean, safe and compliant
· Being a reliable point of contact for staff and guests during service
