REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a bar supervisor role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service..
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and assistant in managing the bar team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
  • Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock while minimising waste.
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations covering Health & Safety at Work, Food Safety Act, Licensing Laws, Fire regulations and emergency procedures.
  • Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
