AS A BAR SUPERVISOR – THE AUBREY AT MANDARIN ORIENTAL HYDE PARK, LONDON, WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Ensure that beverage recipes, drinks presentation and serving standards are always implemented
• Respond proactively to guest queries and ensure appropriate action is taken to deliver exceptional service
• Deputize for the Bar Manager in their absence
• Support the Bar Manager with admin tasks including training, purchase orders and stock take
• Assist the Bar Manager in the creative aspect of the department e.g. developing new cocktails
  As a Bar Supervisor you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from mainly evening, and night shifts and morning in the weekend (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
  To be a successful Bar Supervisor candidate, you will have previous experience bartending and supervising in a high-quality and fast paced establishment. You have in depth drinks knowledge You will be looking for the next step in your career and ideally have worked in a night life environment.
