Pretty much what you’d expect from a buzzing venue like ours: Pouring drinks like a pro 🍺 Running a smooth till 💰 Working the floor where needed - glass collecting, food service and restocking Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with the Assistant managers to develop and maintain high standards of service and beverage quality. • Assist in managing bar staff, including training, • Ensure efficient bar operations, • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for our bar team. • Oversee and participate in the preparation of cocktails and beverages, ensuring consistency and quality. • Be a key holder and manage cashing up at the end of the night. Qualifications: • Previous experience as Supervisor or in a similar role. • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members. • Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and beverage service. • Exceptional customer service and communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
