Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our management team. A keen eye for bar operations and customer service is a must. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with expertise in bartending and staff management. We are a lively cocktail bar in the city centre so weekend availability is expected in order to succeed in this role.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day bar operations
- Open & Close the venue efficiently including cash ups & clean downs
- Train and supervise bar staff on proper drink preparation, service standards, and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
Skills:
- Proficiency in bartending skills including cocktail mixology
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to serve food & knowledge of food hygiene standards
- Previous experience in bar management is a must
A personal license will be necessary for this role. If you do not have one the company can facilitate you to sit the course.
