Responsibilities

Supervising the bar team during shifts to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service
Training and mentoring staff to ensure everyone’s up to speed and smashing service standards
Keeping the bar clean, tidy, and fully stocked – always ready for the next rush
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock orders and deliveries
