*We’re looking for a charismatic and skilled Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant cocktail bar team at The House in Leamington Freespirit Pub!

The House in Leamington Freespirit Pub is a buzzing hub known for its delicious food and exciting cocktail bar. Our cocktail bar is a vibrant space where creativity and passion for mixology reign supreme. We’re looking for someone who shares our love for crafting unique and delicious cocktails, while providing top-notch customer service in a fun and energetic environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of passionate bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and consistency in every cocktail.
* Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus, showcasing your creativity and knowledge of spirits and techniques.
* Train and mentor bar staff, sharing your expertise and passion for mixology.
* Ensure smooth bar operations, including stock control, cash handling, and ordering.
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
* Contribute to a positive and vibrant atmosphere, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.
* Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume cocktail bar.
* Exceptional knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, with a strong understanding of spirits and flavor pairings.
* Proven ability to create original and innovative cocktail recipes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and maintain a calm and organized approach in a busy environment.
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
