OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a vibrant atmosphere. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring high standards of food and beverage service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hotel environments is advantageous.
• A background in serving or barista roles is beneficial for understanding customer needs.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality experiences.
