JOIN OUR DYNAMIC EVENTS TEAM AS A BAR TENDER SUPERVISOR!

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Bar Supervisor to take charge of the bar during busy events in Dublin. You’ll be responsible for running the bar smoothly, managing staff, serving drinks, and making sure customers have a great experience. If you know how to lead a team, handle busy shifts, and keep everything under control, this role is for you. First shift is on Saturday, 13th September—with potential for ongoing work.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Minimum of one year of Supervisor experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability on specified match/racecourses dates.
  • Compliance with uniform requirements.
  • Legally allowed to work in Ireland.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Bartenders:
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
  • Keep the bar area clean and well-stocked.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Manage staff, deal with clients and to make sure bar is runs smoothly during the events.
