Enjoy craft cocktails made with fresh ingredients, local small-batch beers, and live music 7 days a week, featuring some of Nashville's most prolific songwriters. We are Hiring for a Full-Time Bar Supervisor FREE PARKING AVAILABLE Compensation: $22/hr plus gratuity Responsibilities and Required Abilities Leadership & Supervision Lead and supervise bar and host staff to ensure high service standards. Hire, train, and develop new restaurant staff to maintain excellence in service. Service Excellence Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding food and service experiences. Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business. Promotions & Marketing Assist in the promotion of the Bar Kitchen through strategic marketing initiatives. Design and print promotional posters and materials to attract and engage guests. Collaborate with Beverage and Culinary teams to create and implement sales-boosting promotions. Operational Management Oversee daily bar and Table Service operations, ensuring compliance with food and safety regulations. Develop and enforce restaurant policies to maintain high standards of service and hygiene. Manage restaurant buyouts and coordinate with the Banquet team for seamless events. Training & Development Train staff on marketing promotions, service standards, and overall bar and table service operations. Implement training programs to enhance staff skills in service and sales techniques. Sales & Reporting Forecast inventory needs and manage supplies to ensure smooth operations. Conduct Monthly inventories and ordering of supplies. Customer Engagement Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests. Address and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally. Additional Duties Utilize proper equipment for bar operations and maintenance. Handle basic cleaning duties as required. Maintain organized, stocked, and clean bar and Front of House environments. Requirements Qualifications Education & Experience Culinary degree preferred, but not required. Proven experience in bar service and strong food and beverage acumen. Skills Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Beverage menu Engineering and creative Cocktails. Ability to forecast inventory needs and manage supplies effectively. Strong delegation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Deep knowledge of the food and beverage industry trends. Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills. Technical Proficiency Experience with Micros POS system is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Additional Attributes Creative mindset for designing menus and promotional materials. Ability to create and enforce effective restaurant policies and procedures. Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff.
