JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure a high standard of service in a vibrant hospitality environment. This role requires a blend of bartending expertise, team management, and operational oversight within a busy bar and club setting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in bartending or bar management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and training.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a culinary environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff alike.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Previous experience in a bar or club setting is highly desirable.
