BAR SUPERVISOR

£25,400 - £27,000 PA
We are recruiting for a skilled Bar Supervisor for our busy Clubhouse Bar/Restaurant.
Our ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality industry with face to face customer service and an understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures.
You will be confident leading a small team of bar and restaurant staff and be willing to help train and guide them day to day.
This will be working to a pre planned shift rota which will include evenings and weekends so flexibility is essential.
Due to our location you must hold a valid driving license with access to your own transport.

SKILLS

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or bar setting is essential.
• A background in hospitality with a focus on customer service.
• Understanding of Health and Safety procedures.

• Manage day-to-day bar operations. This will include taking restaurant/bowling bookings, daily cashing up and being a key holder for the site.
• Supervise bar staff day to day and on large events held on site.
