APPLICANT MUST BE OVER 18 AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF BAR WORK NECESSARY.

The Bar Manager will have a range of duties, but their main function is to ensure that they serve and run the bar efficiently and the customer has the best possible experience.

Experience and Skills required.

• Previous Bar Experience
• A Personal Bar Licence (preferred but training and assistance will be provided to ensure the right candidate can pass the necessary test to obtain their licence)
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Ensuring that staffing levels are always at the right levels to serve customers efficiently.
• Ordering Stock, to ensure stocking levels are at the correct level, and selling prices are set to achieve maximum margins

Shifts vary however are mostly evenings and weekends. Including cover for the various functions throughout the year.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
