Kimberley Accommodation West is currently seeking a Full-Time Bar Supervisor to fill a vacancy at Matso’s Broome Brewery, with a solid background in hospitality industry to join our hardworking team.
This is a hands-on role within our busy venue, so you must be passionate, customer-centric, display an excellent work ethic and lead by example.

AVAILABILITY:

· On offer, we have a permanent, full-time role we are looking for a candidate who is available to work a full roster, including weekends and public holidays.

· Serving food and beverages to patrons.
· Supervising and training bar attendants ensuring compliance with company and government policies in relation to health, safety and licensing laws
· Cash handling including operating tills, banking, reconciling tills
· Greeting guests and taking guest reservations
· Recording and maintaining stock levels
· Assisting with staff roster
· Actively promote products and services
· Cleaning and maintaining bar service areas
