We are recruiting for a part-time Bar Supervisor to work in our member’s bar, restaurant and function rooms.
Working alongside the General Manager and Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include: general bar and restaurant duties, cashing up, opening/closing the premises and supervising the bar staff.
Bar experience is required and full training will be provided for all management duties. Equally important is being reliable and being able to work in our small friendly team.
This is a contracted position working 20-30 hours per week between the hours of 10am-1am, including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts will be on a rota basis which is provided a minimum of 3-weeks in advance.
The Millennium Centre is owned by the Great Baddow Parish Council and is managed by the Association for the benefit of the local people of Great Baddow and Chelmsford. It is the heart and focus of the community and as well as a member’s bar, has function rooms available for weddings, parties, wakes and other external events.
The Millennium Centre is open seven days per week, and has a restaurant (open Monday to Friday lunch times) and two licensed bars (one for our Members and the other one serving our Millennium Suite function room)

Pay: £24,420.00-£41,476.16 per year
