JOB SUMMARY

As our Bar Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of the bar, overseeing daily operations, guiding the team and ensuring every guest experiences top-tier service. You’ll maintain the rhythm of Regina’s from smooth afternoon service to energetic weekend nights.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a positive ‘Can Do’ attitude at all times
  • Interacting with customers, creating a lasting impression using recommendations and guiding the guests through the product we serve.

  • Complete all daily and weekly deep cleaning duties and ensure all bar equipment is clean and well-maintained and the correct chemicals are used performing cleaning duties.
  • Take all Bar orders, deliver drinks and process payments promptly.
  • Prepare all beverages according to the company specs and standards using the correct garnish.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the bar area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
  • Polish all glassware in the prompt and efficient manner.
  • Check the stock is delivered correctly and is in date. Store the delivered products according to FIFO and H&S policies in place.
  • Assist with Stock takes.
  • Report and record any shortages of stock or wastage.
  • Monitor inventory of beverages to ensure adequate stock.
  • Run drinks or/and food an contribute to the great customer service in every possible way.
  • Assist Restaurant Team members in preparing and delivering drinks or food in order to create lasting experience to each of the guest.
  • Be aware of Alcohol Licensing Laws & Regulations and adhering to these at all times.
  • Be aware of Weights and Measures Act and adhere to these at all times.
  • Complete any reasonable request of the Line Manager.
  • Change beer barrels, post mix and complete beer line cleaning.
  • Be aware of allergens and making sure cross contamination does not occur.
  • Complete all necessary daily and weekly H&S checks and sign due diligence paperwork to prove the checks and duties are completed.
  • Presenting yourself & the company in the best possible way at all times.
  • Attend all compulsory staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Overseeing the cleanliness of staff and the physical bar area and paying attention to possible health hazards and regulation violations.
  • Overseeing correct waste disposal procedures.
  • Make sure attendance is recorded properly, for example, clocked in and out properly at the start and the end of the shift, breaks recorded properly.
