ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting into the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Bar operation with passion and creativity, ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team in designing the menus and wine lists
• Help managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and high standards of hospitality.
• Ensure the bar complies with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Ensure guests receive a premium experience by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
