We currently have an opportunity for Hospitality Staff to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.
This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2025/26 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. The hospitality areas require Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters to work in the bustling, friendly hospitality areas within the stadium.
We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervising a team of bar staff, ensuring they’re briefed, motivated, and ready to deliver great service.
  • Supporting the Bar Manager in running the bar efficiently during busy matchdays and events.
  • Serving customers and leading by example with excellent product knowledge and service standards.
  • Monitoring stock levels, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring correct storage and handling.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety behind the bar.
  • Handling any customer queries or complaints professionally.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a bar, pub, restaurant, or events venue.
  • A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of bar operations and confidence handling busy service periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays/events.
