JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for providing outstanding service. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant setting
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
