JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our late night bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and bartending, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Must be available to work late nights and early mornings as we are a 24h licensed venue on the weekends. Interest in electronic underground music is beneficial.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in bartending role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a bar setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
