Bar Supervisor | Full-Time

We are looking for a confident and hands-on Bar Supervisor who can support the venue leadership team and help drive exceptional service across every shift.

You will:

• Lead shifts confidently and support the smooth day-to-day operation of Crane Bar
• Maintain exceptional beverage, presentation and guest-service standards
• Coach, motivate and develop team members
• Bring strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits and premium beverage service
• Assist with stock management, ordering and overall bar presentation
• Create a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Be available across a rotating Monday-to-Sunday roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
