Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Bar Supervisor to join our team in a vibrant and bustling hospitality environment. The role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service in a bar setting. Due to our remoted location and no public transport, candidates must be able to drive and over the age of 18 years old. Position will involve working evening and weekends across varied bar and food outlets across park.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with hygiene standards
Experience:
- Previous experience in bar supervising or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
