We are looking for a bar supervisor at our popular rural pub between Sevenoaks and Tonbridge. The position is new to the team (due to business growth) and for Sunday evenings only. We are happy for this to be 3 Sundays a month. The shift starts at 4pm and ends at around 8.30pm or 9pm and will include closing the bar and restaurant (with the owners onsite)
We have a mixture of regulars who, during quieter shifts, will want to enjoy your company at the bar.
Enthusiasm and being an excellent communicator are important for this role.
We’d prefer someone with experience in looking after cask ales, and cellar management who also has a personal licence, but this can also be taught over time.
There will be an option to cover a few shifts over holidays during the week or busy periods.
