Responsibilities

JOB ROLE

As Bar Supervisor, you will lead shifts in our Water’s Edge Bar, ensuring high standards of service, product knowledge, and team performance. You’ll be hands-on behind the bar, while also supporting and motivating the team to provide a warm and memorable guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and takes pride in attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily bar operations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintain stock levels and complete orders efficiently.
  • Train and develop new team members, leading by example.
  • Ensure the bar is always presented to the highest standard.
  • Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
