JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

SKILLS

  • Proven supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
  • Strong team management abilities with a focus on leadership and motivation.
  • Culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous.
  • Excellent serving skills with an understanding of barista techniques preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
