JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee our bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and a fun atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and a creative flare! This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards on and off the bar.

• Manage daily bar operations, opening the bar/premises and preparing for service, closing down the bar/premises, and inventory management.
• Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar/floor area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, address concerns, and enhance their experience.
• Paying and being responsible for entertainment events.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
