OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a hands-on, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of food and drink production.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a role within a bar or restaurant setting
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production
  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience as a barista is a plus
