We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee the operations of our bar, ensuring a high standard of service and quality. As a Bar Supervisor, you will lead a team, manage inventory, and maintain compliance with food safety regulations while fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and patrons.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Culinary experience is an advantage, particularly in food production or kitchen management.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes throughout all bar activities.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative drink menus that complement our culinary offerings.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Organise events or promotions to enhance the bar’s visibility and attract new customers.
