We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our friendly team at our busy hotel in the heart of Skipton. If you’re passionate about hospitality, love working in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Manage stock levels, deliveries, and ordering.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety.
  • Handle cash and oversee daily bar takings.
  • Assist in planning and delivering events and functions.

About You:

  • Previous bar or hospitality supervisory experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
