The Squirrels is a busy, community-focused pub that prides itself on live music, great events, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for a motivated Bar Supervisor to join our friendly team and help keep the good times flowing.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Bar Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the pub. You’ll support the management team, lead by example, and ensure our guests always receive excellent service. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on energy, teamwork, and customer interaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervising bar staff during shifts and ensuring smooth operations
• Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Supporting training and development of team members
• Monitoring stock levels, cash handling, and maintaining standards of cleanliness
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures
• Acting as a point of contact for customers and resolving any issues confidently
