JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Bar Supervisor with experience serving cask ale and craft beer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly within food service, and will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hotel sector is essential.
• Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required.
• Experience as a barista or in similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
