JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing the bar staff, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of service in line with our culinary offerings.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a bar management role within a hotel or restaurant setting is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of supervising teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation is required.
  • A background in culinary arts or hospitality management would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both staff and customers are crucial for success in this role.
