We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team here at the Gerrard Arms in Aspull.
Being a Manager comes with many additional responsibilities that allows you to lead and motivate other team members, ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible in all areas necessary and to ensure the business is as successful as can be.
You will also support the General Manager and assist in the day to day operations of running a pub, ensure high standards of hygiene, health & safety and ensure staff are fulfilling their duties.
ü Experience working in a fast paced, busy environment
ü Hands on approach
ü Have an eye for detail
ü Have excellent customer service skills
ü Closing & locking up
ü Cashing up
ü Cellar management
ü Have previous experience in Hospitality
ü Previous bar experience is essential
ü Supervisor experience (not essential but preferred)
ü Minimum age 18
