WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUSIASTIC AND MOTIVATED BAR SUPERVISOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT WATES HOUSE – THE HEART OF CAMPUS HOSPITALITY.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with bar or hospitality experience to take the next step in their career, supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy and d student bar. As part of a small management team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining excellent service standards, supporting staff, and helping create a welcoming and vibrant environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service during shifts
• Lead and support front-of-house staff, providing on-the-job training and motivation
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
• Assist in stock control, ordering, and deliveries.
• Help maintain a positive atmosphere that reflects our campus values and community spirit
• Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Bar Manager
