BAR MANAGER – BRUNSWICK & NORTHCOTE VENUES

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Bar Manager to join our team and oversee our vibrant pub-style venues in Brunswick and Northcote.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment, knows how to deliver a great customer experience, and has a passion for creating a welcoming and lively venue.

• Lead day-to-day bar operations across our Brunswick and Northcote venue(s)
• Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team culture
• Deliver excellent customer service and set the standard for the team
• Assisting with overseeing stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
• Assisting driving sales, manage wage forecasting
• Ensure compliance with RSA, OH&S, and liquor licence requirements
• Collaborate with venue management on events, promotions, and customer experience
