Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Bar Team Leader to join the Nido team for 2026 in Corfu. Duties & Responsibilities Supervising of the bars day to day operations Daily presence in the F&B outlets ensuring that all established SOP’s are met Participation in weekly F&B operational meetings Participation in the creation of exceptional bar menus in conbjuction with the Bars Manager and based on the latest trends Management of labor, beverage cost in all bars based on the established budgets Continuous training, guiding, motivation and supervision of all F&B associates Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in all bars Participation in the co-ordination of cocktail and bar events Handling of complains aiming the maximization of guest satisfaction Makes suggestions to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety or cost-saving Skills Service and customer oriented Good Communicator Leader Flexible Responsible Hands on Proactive Professional experience in an equivalent 5* hotel or high-volume bars or multi venue property Experience in leading teams Bar school diploma will be considered an asset Good knowledge in POS Systems Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset) Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits & mixology techniques Preferably a graduate of Hospitality and Tourism School Benefits: Competitive remuneration package Dynamic & highly professional environment Career development opportunities Double room accommodation & meal plan provided Competitive remuneration package Dynamic & highly professional environment Career development opportunities Double room accommodation & meal plan provided Join us and become part of Mar-Bella Collection Family.
