Responsibilities
  • Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests in an efficient and timely fashion
  • Providing a friendly, welcome and unique guest experience
  • Assessing guest’s needs and preferences and making recommendations using excellent product knowledge
  • Making useful upsell recommendations where applicable
  • Keep the bar and floor presentable and clean to the highest standard
  • Operate challenge 25 policy to ensure safe service of alcohol
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • All wastage to be recorded on the spot and reported to supervisor
  • Pouring standards to be adhered to always and regular pour tests completed
  • Always maintain a clean and tidy bar top and back bar
  • Take responsibility for tasks assigned by management and communicate any issues to supervisors/managers
