As a Bar Team Member, you will play an integral role in delivering and expectational customer experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibility is to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent service while engaging with students and guests.
You will serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mocktails, an ensure that every guest has a positive experience.
You’ll be responsible for taking orders, processing payments through our EPOS system, and maintaining a high standard of service throughout your shift.
Additionally, you will contribute to the success of the bar by helping to promote upcoming events and special offers, keeping the bar area clean and organised, managing stock levels, and supporting event operations.
You’ll work closely with your team to ensure smooth service during busy periods, while also adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
