A well-established and popular hotel in Dublin 22, known for delivering excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere to all our guests. We’re currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our vibrant team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working behind a busy hotel bar.
• Excellent knowledge of drink preparation and bar service standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• A flexible approach to working evenings and weekends.
• Local candidates preferred (Dublin 22 or surrounding areas).

• Serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and bar patrons.
• Operate tills, handle cash/card transactions, and follow correct procedures.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy periods.
• Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
