We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation measurements.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
  • Uphold hospitality standards by creating a friendly and inviting environment for all guests.
