Here at Llanerch we deliver over 120 weddings per year in our Woodland Marquee alongside other Events such as birthday celebrations, conferences, and Awards Dinners in our multi-functional event spaces for which caters for events up to 200 guests!
Assist colleagues, managers, and supervisors in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times, including the bar area if you have prior experience. Ensure the bar is stocked, organised, and ready for service, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Provide attentive and efficient table service, along with bartending duties, including mixing and serving drinks, making cocktails, recommending beverages, and handling card transactions.
Serve and clear food and drinks in a courteous, polite, efficient, and friendly manner, both at the bar and throughout the event space. Build professional relationships with our guests to better anticipate their needs, whether at the table or the bar, and create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances their overall experience.
Communicate warmly and effectively with both guests and team members, ensuring smooth service flow and promptly addressing any guest concerns or special requests.
As part of our large Events Food and Beverage team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the seamless delivery of a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. The dynamic nature of these events means that no two days are the same, offering a chance to showcase your bar skills, be part of memorable experiences, and expand your network of friends and colleagues. Your role at the bar will be crucial in creating a lively and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
