The Role We are seeking to recruit for season 2026 passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members Our Bar Waiters are extremely valuable members of our team. He or she needs to become an extension of our vision, be able to understand our ethics, policies & principles, to seize them and deliver them to each member of his/her team. To be willing to represent The Rooster as our team member while on site yet also towards the outside world, so we can rise together and be willing to provide a home away from home. We are building an environment where personalized relationships between our team and our guests influence our space. We are contracting these relationships on mutual respect & generosity, while we need to be able to deliver our one of kind services and offerings based on accountability and extreme professionalism. To be successful in this role you will have: Serve as a role model. Ability to be trained respectfully towards our principles with accountability and professionalism. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our principles by anticipating and addressing guests' service needs. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Support team to reach common goals. Study and apply our menus and culinary mentality with discipline. Comply with healthy and safety regulations. Be able to use software programs for daily programming.
