Today, Uniglobe is a leading importer, wholesaler, distributor, and retailer of alcoholic beverages in the UAE. In addition to its retail stores, the group has a significant presence in the Hospitality sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide prompt service.
• Serve beverages and food according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, bar areas, and service stations.
• Assist the bar team with preparation and service when required.
• Ensure customers receive their orders correctly and efficiently.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Clear and reset tables promptly.
• Follow proper hygiene, safety, and service procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Coordinate with the Bar Supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bar Waiter, Waiter, Bartender Assistant, or similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Hospitality or restaurant/bar experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• UAE hospitality experience will be an advantage.
