JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Bar person / Waiter / Waitress for Anglo in Rayleigh
Cocktail, Barista and Bar experience is essential and the successful candidate will be invited to contribute towards creating new drinks.
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that patrons have a memorable dining experience.
You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages.
You must be over 18 to apply for this job.
Hourly rate dependent on Age
We are looking for staff that are available throughout the week and weekends, there is flexibility in the hours as they will provided vi a rota.
What is essential is an out going, confident personality, hard working nature and enthusiasm to work with us to build our reputation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or guest services role is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary basics is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding service to guests.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
