Due to our business growing, we are looking to appoint part time front of house team members!
Applicants must be 18 years+

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and passionate people with a positive attitude.
As part of our bar team, you will interact with a variety of different people.
We offer set shifts, including evenings and weekends, with the possibility of overtime.
You must be a team player and confident to work independently; be able to work under pressure, a good timekeeper, trustworthy, and reliable.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in hospitality and bar work is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  • Take customer food and drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar and restaurant area, as well as the garden and Skittle Alley
  • Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
  • Monitor customer behaviour and intervene when necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
