JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are delivered promptly and accurately.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Familiarity with dietary aide experience or barista skills is a plus.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in banquet service as required, providing excellent catering support for events.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience.
