The Chelsfield in Orpington, located opposite of the Chelsfield Station, is on the lookout for a dynamic, details oriented and highly organized individual to join our team. The right person is passionate about hospitality and has_ at least one year _of experience in bartending and restaurant waiting.
At The Chelsfield, we pride ourselves on being the heart of the community. We offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a diverse selection of beers and ales, delicious food made from scratch and a comfy spot in the sun in either one of our two gardens. We host monthly gigs with bands and artists from the area and we are always planning the next event!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for food and hospitality.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and colleagues alike.
