A fantastic opportunity has arisen for part time staff at our fast-paced casual dining venue in Brierley Hill, Dudley. We are offering various part-time hours over the weekend for strong individuals who have prior experience within the hospitality industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working on the bar/floor to serve customers.
• Greet, serve and look after our customers so that they are left with a smile.
• Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Clear tables and ensure cleanliness.
• Be willing to be flexible and be available to work various shift patterns, during the week however primarily over the weekend.
• To be aware of all relevant emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Ensuring customer requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
• Provide a level of service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the restaurant and bar at all times.
• Have a passion for hospitality.
• Have a great eye for detail.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

• Fluent English both written and verbal.
• Previous experience of food and beverage including POS tills is essential. As well as cash handing.
• Track record or willingness in driving sales and building relationships.
• Knowledge of Food and Safety regulations.
• Experience within the hospitality industry is essential.
