Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and promptly, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their experience.
• Take accurate drink and food orders, memorizing specials and proactively suggesting pairings to enhance the guest's choices.
• Deliver orders efficiently and gracefully, ensuring drinks and food are served at the correct temperature and presentation standards.
• Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the guest's visit, anticipating needs and promptly addressing any concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in a bar or restaurant environment is highly desirable.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality industry is ideal.
